This experience has given them a keen understanding of what it takes to deliver innovative products with low barriers to adoption.
Jeffrey K. Roane
Mr. Roane joined MiCommand from VaST Systems where he was Vice President of Marketing. Prior to VaST, Mr. Roane was a Vice President of Marketing at Cadence Design Systems. Before Cadence Mr. Roane held management and technical positions at Synopsys and Texas Instruments where he began his career as an Integrated Circuit Design Engineer. Mr. Roane holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Akron.
Richard L. Bohl
Mr. Bohl has over 20 years of industry experience. Most recently, Mr. Bohl was Director of Field Applications Engineering at VaST Systems. Prior to VaST, Mr. Bohl was a Group Director of Product Engineering at Cadence Design Systems. Before Cadence Mr. Bohl held key managerial and technical positions at Synopsys and Convex Computer Corporation. Mr. Bohl holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Michael W. Paczan
Mr. Paczan joined MiCommand from VaST Systems where he served as Sr. VP of Engineering. Prior to VaST, Mr. Paczan was at IBM where he was CTO for the Power.org initiative and Chairman of the Power.org Technical Committee. Prior to this, he was the Director of the Sony/Toshiba/IBM Design Center with overall responsibility for managing the development of the “Cell” microprocessor targeted for Sony’s PS3. Mr. Paczan holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the United States Naval Academy.
